🏛️ 1. The LAB — “The Creator’s Den”

• Size: ~800 sq. ft.

  • 12 ergonomic workstations with chairs and personal shelves.
    
    

  • 4 large experiment tables.
    
    

  • 12 computers with ample electrical and network ports.
    
    

  • Ventilation, climate control, and natural light.
    
    

  • Storage room for lab equipment.
    
    

Placement: East-facing with large windows to bring in morning light.

🛌 2. The DORMITORY — “The Nest”

• Size: ~900 sq. ft.

🍳 3. The KITCHEN — “The Hearth”

🌱 6. VEGETABLE + HERBAL GARDEN — “Living Pharmacy”

  • Herbal garden: Tulsi, Ashwagandha, Aloe Vera, Brahmi, Mint, Lemongrass.

🧘 7. YOGA & STRETCH PLATFORM — “The Stillness Deck”
